DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately allison@outoftheboxpromo.com if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item and/or not completely satisfied with your ALMAR purchase so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We value your support of our brand and want you, our valued customer to be stylish, be comfortable, be safe and proud to wear ALMAR. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items 
ALMAR Apparel accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, with the original hang tags attached, undamaged and/or defective merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMSALMAR Apparel would like you to please note that in the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we cannot accept any returns on any ALMAR products that have the built-in facial coverings.

As a reminder, ALMAR products that have the built-in facial coverings are NOT to be used or worn as a medical device. It is not intended to be personal protective equipment and should not be used by healthcare professionals or used in a healthcare / clinical environment or setting.
